Tuesday is here and it’s time to quit stallin’…Instructor Jeppy McDowell will be on hand tonight at 7 to give a little bit of history on our state dance THE SHAG and give FREE beginner lessons. Come out and get your basics for a future full of fun and new friends. Club and Shag City Grill open today at 4 with Customer Appreciation from 4 to 7. DJ Jimmy Buffkin will be in the booth startin’ at 7.

My girlfriends and I are planning a trip to Myrtle Beach in March. 2 of us are huge fans of the movie Shag, the others have never been to Myrtle Beach nor know the dance. I see that Jeppy McDowell gives free lessons at your club on Tuesdays. We won’t be there on a Tuesday but were curious if you had any recommendations for us to get shag lessons on Saturday, 25th. We plan on visiting Fat Harold’s on Saturday to celebrate a birthday of one of the Shag fans. We all would love to know how to dance 🙂 Hoping you can help! Look forward to visiting next month.
